Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all payments and transactions made through the Feezy mobile application (“App”).

 

1. No Cancellations

Feezy does not offer cancellations of any kind. Once a fee payment has been initiated through the App, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or recalled by the user at any stage of the transaction process.

 

2. No Subscriptions or Recurring Charges

Feezy does not operate on a subscription model and does not charge any recurring fees to users. All transactions through the App are one-time fee payments made to Partner Schools. There is nothing to cancel.

 

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment does not complete successfully, the transaction is automatically voided by the payment processor and no charge is applied. In the event that an amount is debited but the fee is not marked as “Paid” in the App, the amount will be rolled back within 3 to 45 business days. This rollback is handled automatically and does not require any cancellation request from the user.
